The bank has issued guidelines to its customers who are subscribed to its CenteMbile account in order to protect them.
The latest guidelines are as follows:
Use the correct login details: Make sure that you use the correct username and password when logging into your CenteMobile account. Avoid using guesswork or storing your login details on your phone or any other device.
Secure your phone: Ensure that your phone is secure by using a strong password or PIN. This will prevent unauthorized access to your phone and your CenteMobile account.
Keep your phone safe: Avoid exposing your phone to potential risks such as theft or malware attacks. Keep your phone in a safe place and do not share it with anyone.
Update your CenteMobile app regularly: Make sure that you have the latest version of the CenteMobile app on your phone. This will ensure that you have the latest security features and bug fixes.
Avoid public Wi-Fi: Do not use public Wi-Fi networks to access your CenteMobile account. Public Wi-Fi networks are often unsecured, and this could expose your account to potential security risks.
Be vigilant: Always monitor your CenteMobile account for any unauthorized transactions or suspicious activity. If you notice any unusual activity, report it to the bank immediately.
